We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong mathematical foundation, excellent knowledge of odds, and a proven track record in driving profitability in bookmaking. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and be able to manage P&L effectively. They should be a confident communicator, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels, and have the passion to improve and drive the development of our existing products.
You will lead a team of traders and trading managers across various locations and sportsbook areas (Pre-Match, In-Play, Racing, and Risk Management). Flexibility is key, as shift patterns may include weekends, evenings, and nights. The successful candidate will have an understanding of our product's competitive position in the market, be aware of local requirements, and collaborate closely with Sportsbook and Product teams to align with group strategy.
