The role

We are hiring a Gaming Business Development Analyst who can take ownership of both long- and short-term strategic projects aiming to increase revenue and profitability of the Gaming vertical. You will use data analysis and insights generation for identifying, executing, and monitoring new business opportunities.

 

What you will do

  • Support the Head of Casino and Gaming Business Development in implementing the agreed FDJ UNITED strategy into key actions and targets within the Gaming Department.
  • Create, communicate, and implement business development strategies aiming to increase revenue and maximize profitability of the Gaming vertical. Take a data-led approach to monitor the progresses.
  • Play a critical part in setting up the strategic direction of the vertical through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.
  • Demonstrate innovative, commercial, and operational thinking when planning the integration of new business opportunities.
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to identify areas of growth and develop strategic partnership to achieve our objectives.
  • Generate new ideas and recommend enhancements to maximise profitability of our content portfolio.
  • Partner with BI and Analytics to ensure that the insightful business intelligence is shared and that product trends are identified and escalated to relevant stakeholders, with appropriate solutions to maximize opportunities.
  • Monitors and analyses KPIs to measure the benefit of product changes and identify opportunities for further optimisation and growth.
  • Develop commercial insights, analysis and reporting to facilitate more informed, data-driven decisions by Product stakeholders.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of Objectives and Key Results across Gaming and ensuring performance is consistent with the strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Analyse Gaming performance and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Report on games to ensure performance is on track with targets and strategy is optimized.
  • Collaborate with local markets and GMS to implement new business opportunities and maximize profitability of the gaming product.
  • Represent the Gaming team internally by raising awareness of the product and sharing updates on developments.
  • Conduct frequent market and competitor analysis with focus on new product features.
  • Foster a data driven environment and use data insights to optimize products and processes
  • Actively support Responsible Gaming targets – understand internal teams and what to do to help.
  • Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
  • Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
  • Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

Your experience

  • Significant proven experience within the iGaming industry (preferably within online Casino) as a Product Manager or equivalent
  • Proven commercial awareness and detailed understanding of revenue, profit, and key performance metrics
  • Strong analytical abilities, consistently uses data to drive decision making and illustrate requirements
  • Knowledge of Casino content and slot providers and is comfortable with diving into games and player data.
  • The ability to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of working with third party suppliers is preferred
  • Can do attitude with a positive mindset.
