Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

  • Build and maintain backend services using Node and TypeScript.

  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Kafka.

  • Design and work with both SQL and NoSQL databasesensuring data integrity and performance.

  • Contribute to distributed, loosely coupled systems following event-driven architecture principles.

Architecture & Infrastructure

  • Participate in the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure systems.

  • Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Git-based workflows.

  • Ensure observability, reliability, and performance across services.

Quality & Testing

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across frontend and backend layers.

  • Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Playwright.

  • Follow best practices in testing, CI/CD, and secure coding.

  • Continuously improve code quality through refactoring and sound design principles.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

  • Take ownership of features and services from design through deployment.

  • Stay up to date with trends in frontend, backend, and cloud-native technologies.

  • Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full stack development.

  • Strong experience with React and TypeScript.

  • Solid backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

  • Good understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka.

  • Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

  • Experience with GitLabCI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control workflows.

  • Experience writing automated tests, including end-to-end testing with Playwright.

  • Strong understanding of clean code principles and maintainable architecture.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
