Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
Build and maintain backend services using Node and TypeScript.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Kafka.
Design and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Contribute to distributed, loosely coupled systems following event-driven architecture principles.

Architecture & Infrastructure

Participate in the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Git-based workflows.
Ensure observability, reliability, and performance across services.

Quality & Testing

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across frontend and backend layers.
Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Playwright.
Follow best practices in testing, CI/CD, and secure coding.
Continuously improve code quality through refactoring and sound design principles.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
Take ownership of features and services from design through deployment.
Stay up to date with trends in frontend, backend, and cloud-native technologies.
Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
Solid backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Good understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka.
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control workflows.
Experience writing automated tests, including end-to-end testing with Playwright.
Strong understanding of clean code principles and maintainable architecture.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
