You'll work closely with central teams, local market stakeholders, and wider marketing and product teams in a collaborative, hands-on SEO function.

We're looking for someone analytical and proactive, who can turn SEO insights into clear actions, understand the commercial impact of organic search, and stay ahead of search trends, algorithm changes, and evolving user behaviour.

  • Conduct technical, content, and on-page SEO audits, identifying and prioritising impactful improvements
  • Execute SEO initiatives across content optimisation, internal linking, technical fixes, and SERP performance
  • Work confidently with a range of SEO, analytics, and performance tools
  • Collaborate closely with SEO Leads, the SEO Strategic Lead, and local stakeholders to deliver against shared objectives
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, industry best practices, and evolving search behaviours (including AI-driven search features)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of SEO processes, documentation, and ways of working
  • Take a proactive role in your professional development within a high-performing SEO team
  • Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
  • Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
  • Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

How you'll be measured

  • Organic search visibility and rankings in the Belgian and Dutch market
  • Organic traffic growth and share of organic traffic vs total traffic
  • Contribution of SEO to new depositing player acquisition
  • Delivery against personal and team OKRs
  • Quality, impact, and timeliness of SEO execution

Who you are

  • Solid foundational knowledge of SEO principles (technical, content, and on-page)
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable owning a market end-to-end
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communicator, able to explain SEO concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
  • Interest in (or experience with) the iGaming industry
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch/Flemish (written and spoken) is required
  • Professional proficiency in English

Essential skills & experience

  • SEO tools (e.g. crawling, keyword research, rank tracking)
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and Excel / spreadsheets
  • Experience writing or optimising SEO-focused online content
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they impact SEO
  • Experience working effectively within a team-based environment

Good to have
