The Role

FDJ United are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to drive optimised performance across all Digital Marketing channels, including but not limited to: Search (organic and paid), Social (paid only), Affiliate, Mobile, and Programmatic Marketing activities across our Romanian brands: Unibet, Vlad Cazino and 32Rosu.

Working closely with internal and external Digital Marketing experts, the role of the DMM is to drive all team members to deliver against the wider Global and Local marketing strategies, from testing and optimising promotional assets, through to conversion optimisation and working closely with the Early-Life and In-Life Always-On Marketing team to increase new player value.

The successful candidate will be working at the forefront of Digital Marketing, utilising Media Mix Modelling and Multi-Touch Attribution models, alongside our internal Automated creative optimisation engine to monitor and optimise Digital Marketing campaigns that have significant and measurable impact on the performance of the business.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Implement commercial and strategic digital strategies that enable us to maximise efficient customer acquisition, growing new player revenues and profitability for the Group.
  • Monitor and analyse digital channel performance metrics and make recommendations for campaign changes that will drive the best possible results through agreed KPIs.
  • Responsible for optimising spend across available channels, moving budget between Brands and Markets as applicable.
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop and manage Digital Marketing campaigns focused on key sporting events, new game launches and other key events and periods of high interest/intent.
  • With support from the Conversion Optimisation team, suggest and evaluate A/B testing of creative assets, both on- and off-site.
  • Secure strong collaboration with key internal and external Stakeholders.
  • Get excited about new trends in Digital Marketing, helping to suggest and evaluate any new technologies that can help the Group remain at the forefront of Marketing/Gaming/Industry developments.
  • Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.
  • Ensure any non-compliance incidents within your team are raised through the appropriate channels (Compliance Incidents Process) and that your team are informed of any reporting processes relevant to them.
  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
  • Ensure your team's completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline.
  • Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

 

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Significant experience in a similar digital marketing role or experience in managing conversion optimisation for Digital Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Strong understanding of Digital marketing KPIs, optimising and reporting on Digital Marketing performance.
  • Industry knowledge of digital marketing, gaming, gambling or sports preferred.
  • Interest in sports and/or casino preferred.
