Testing, Conversion & Bonus Optimisation

  • Collaborate with Product, CRM and Media teams to identify opportunities to improve user journeys and conversion across acquisition funnels and landing pages.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, CTAs and campaign structures to maximise ROI.
  • Contribute to the optimisation of acquisition bonus strategies, balancing performance, profitability and compliance.
  • Help identify potential bonus abuse patterns and support the implementation of preventative measures.

Compliance & Responsible Gambling

  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all marketing activities meet the regulatory framework of the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen).
  • Ensure responsible gambling messaging, terms & conditions and age restrictions are correctly implemented across all digital channels.
  • Support routine compliance checks and monitoring to ensure ethical, transparent and responsible marketing practices.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Brief internal creative teams on campaign needs, including digital assets, landing pages, banners, static and video formats.
  • Review creative outputs to ensure high quality, brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all touchpoints.

Reporting & Insights

  • Support cross-channel performance reporting and highlight actionable insights to guide future campaign optimisation.
  • Work with analytics and internal tools to help inform strategic marketing decisions.

About you

  • You have experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
  • You are hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders.
  • You enjoy working with agencies and coordinating multi-channel campaigns.
  • You are proactive, curious and eager to learn and improve performance through testing and optimisation.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. iGaming, fintech, gambling, financial services) is a plus.
  • Fluent Swedish (written and spoken) is required for this role, as you will be working with local campaigns, content and regulatory requirements for the Swedish market.
