The role 

We are seeking a pro-active and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to work closely with the Global Digital Marketing Manager for Belgium and Netherlands in delivering and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and performance analysis of digital initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and measurable growth.

What you will do 

  • Campaign trafficking, scheduling and performance reporting.
  • Co-ordinate with Agency on integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across key digital platforms, including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile, Programmatic display and YouTube, amongst others.
  • Assist with preparing and delivering campaign briefs to external partners, internal stakeholder briefs.
  • Collaborate with CRM team, dove-tailing acquisition with retention and demonstrating awareness of tailored lifecycle marketing.
  • Contribute to testing and optimisation strategies aimed at increasing ROI from digital campaigns, including A/B testing of creative, CTAs, and campaign structure.
  • Contribute to the oversight and refinement of acquisition bonus strategies across all digital channels, working to maximise conversion rates while maintaining profitability and compliance.
  • Monitor the correct use of terms and conditions, responsible gambling messaging, and age restrictions across campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring messaging remains ethical and transparent.
  • Assist stakeholders in routine compliance checks and monitoring processes across digital campaigns to uphold responsible gambling practices and brand integrity.
  • Assist with content & creative co-ordination via briefing internal teams, refining creative outputs to ensure high-quality design, compelling messaging, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to regulatory frameworks.

Your experience 

  • Fluent in English, with Dutch or French language knowledge a plus
  • 2-3 Years in Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience in a similar Digital Marketing role
  • Experience of setting up and managing Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing KPIs and reporting on Digital Marketing performance.
  • Industry knowledge of Digital Marketing, gaming, gambling or sports preferred.
  • Interest in sports and/or casino preferred.
