We are seeking a pro-active and detail-oriented Romania Digital Marketing Executive to work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager for Romania in delivering and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns.
This role plays a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and performance analysis of digital initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and measurable growth. The successful candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and eager to collaborate while contributing ideas that help drive continuous improvement. Job Description
Campaign Management:
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage and maintain a marketing project planner, ensuring campaign activity is effectively scheduled, prioritised, and aligned with broader commercial objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and assist agency with integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across key digital platforms, including PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, Pops, Mobile, Programmatic Display, and YouTube.
Assist with preparing and delivering Growth OS campaign briefs to external partners, and internal briefs to FDJ stakeholders, ensuring clarity in objectives, timelines, and deliverables across channel/s in question.
Collaborate with the CRM team, dovetailing acquisition and demonstrating awareness of tailored lifecycle marketing.
Consult with agency on performance optimisation of paid media campaigns, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective, ROI-focused, and aligned with acquisition plans.
Bonus and user testing:
Work with key market stakeholders across product, CRM, and media teams to identify opportunities for improving digital user journeys and increasing conversion rates across acquisition funnels and landing experiences.
Contribute to testing and optimisation strategies aimed at increasing ROI from digital campaigns, including A/B testing of creative, CTAs, and campaign structure.
Contribute to the oversight and refinement of acquisition bonus strategies across all digital channels, working to maximise conversion rates while maintaining profitability and compliance.
Identify suspicious activity or patterns linked to bonus abuse and assist in the development of preventative measures, supporting a sustainable acquisition model.
Compliance & Responsible Gambling:
Collaborate with digital and compliance teams to help ensure all marketing activity and customer-facing content remains within the regulatory framework defined by {country} Gambling Commission.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure that all marketing collateral and promotions are fully aligned with marketing standards and policies.
Monitor the correct use of terms and conditions, responsible gambling messaging, and age restrictions across campaigns and digital platforms, ensuring messaging remains ethical and transparent.
Assist stakeholders in routine compliance checks and monitoring processes across digital campaigns to uphold responsible gambling practices and brand integrity.
Content & Creative Coordination:
Brief internal creative teams on campaign requirements including AAMP, self-serve, other static and video assets, landing page content, digital banners, and promotional materials.
Review and refine creative outputs to ensure high-quality design, compelling messaging, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Ensure all marketing communications adhere to regulatory frameworks
Reporting & Analysis:
Highlight actionable insights based on campaign and channel performance, using internal tools and analytics teams to help guide future marketing decisions.
Support the delivery of regular cross-channel performance reporting to inform strategic direction and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals
