We are looking for a skilled Digital Artworker to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital design. As a Digital Artworker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing artwork for various digital platforms, ensuring all work is of the highest quality and meets brand guidelines. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creativity to produce work that is both visually appealing and accurately executed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality artwork for a range of digital assets, including websites, mobile apps, social media graphics, email campaigns, and online advertisements.

  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets that align with brand guidelines and digital standards.

  • Ensure all artwork is optimised for digital platforms, taking into consideration file sizes, loading times, and platform specifications.

  • Collaborate with designers to refine digital concepts and prepare them for production.

  • Manage and organise digital assets, ensuring all files are correctly formatted, named, and stored for easy access by the team.

  • Provide technical support to the design team, advising on best practices for digital artwork creation and optimisation.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Artworker or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your digital artwork.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.

  • Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices, including responsive design and web accessibility standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with both creative and technical team members.

  • A passion for digital design and a commitment to keeping up with industry trends and advancements.

  • Strong retouching skills. 

  • Desirable to have knowledge of basic HTML, CSS and motion graphics.

  • Desirable to have knowledge of HTML5 banner design and data feeds.
