Come build a world-class Sportsbook with us! 

You will join the team developing the in-house Sportsbook Platform. You will be leading our Delivery leads across multiple teams and various time zones, ensuring maximum agile flow of delivery.

The successful candidate has extensive Sportsbook knowledge and experience from working with software development and has a proven track record in delivering high quality solutions to customers and the business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Effective Global Team Management: 
    • Team Support and Development: Mentor and coach Delivery Lead members on Agile methodologies, best practices and cross-team functionality. 
    • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead with the latest Agile trends and innovations and proactively share this knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
    • Principles and Guidelines: Develop and implement Agile principles and guidelines that align with the KSP Delivery Model, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery practices. 
    • Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, JIRA housekeeping, decisions, and outcomes, ensuring adherence to best practices and facilitating seamless team operations. 
  • Holistic View: 
    • Maintain a holistic view of project delivery across all teams to ensure alignment with product goals set out by the PO and stakeholders. 
    • Develop processes and best practices to enable a broader perspective. 
  • Strategic Alignment: 
    • Develop and contribute to the overall strategic plans. 
    • Assess and align project priorities with strategic objectives 
    • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes within the delivery funnel. 
    • Manage project changes and ensure they align with strategic objectives. 
  • Dependency Mapping and Risk Management 
    • Supporting the Delivery Leads to identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team progress. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to resolve dependencies or issues that have been raised. 
    • Develop and maintain a detailed dependency map to track interdependencies between teams. 
    • Ensure that all dependency-related issues are documented and communicated to stakeholders. Ensuring each Delivery Lead maintains up to date documented risks and dependencies 
    • Identify and manage risks that could impact delivery. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement 
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment with Product/Sprint goals. 
    • Act as a liaison between the delivery teams, PO's and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations. 
      • Continuous Improvement: 
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. 
    • Facilitate end of quarter retrospectives and ensure actionable feedback is implemented. 
      • Data Driven Approach 
    • Track and leverage data insights to optimise processes, resource allocation, and performance to identify areas for improvement. 
    • Implement tools and methodologies to collect and analyse delivery data for informed decision-making. 

Key Skills 

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience 
  • Must have solid knowledge and experience of Sportsbook 
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) 
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving goals while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. 
  • Conflict Resolution within the team or between stakeholders in a constructive manner 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a global mindset. 
  • Outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English. 
  • Capable of thriving in fast-paced, multi-tasking, and high-pressure environments.
