The role
The role sits within our Automation & Insights department, at the crucial intersection between Data Science and commercial initiatives, encompassing projects of great importance across retention, acquisition and marketing.
With a wealth of data as well as exciting challenges, FDJ United is in search of a talented and ambitious Data Science Manager.
The successful candidate will bring his extensive experience and knowledge of team management and machine learning to lead and inspire Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to achieve FDJ United's commercial goals across our brands and markets.
You will work closely with stakeholders to identify new opportunities that will test your ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse technical and non-technical audience.
Our Automation & Insights department will provide a fertile ground for cross-functional collaboration between data scientists, data engineers, analysts and other talents.

Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group. Ensure your team's completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline. Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.
