The role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join Kindred Group's Commercial Analytics team, to support a data-driven approach to understanding Marketing Effectiveness. 

The Marketing Analytics team supports Kindred's Commercial and Marketing team with analysis and insights which impact marketing strategy and tactical decisions, utilising a range of KPIs, presentations and relationships with key business stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of our marketing spen

 

What you will do

  • Support the measurement of marketing strategy and tactics across Kindred's multiple brands, including Unibet, 32Red and Maria Casino, which day to day may include performance reporting, answering ad-hoc questions from marketing teams and market managers, analysing campaign performance and the impact on the early-life journey.
  • A core aim will be to help support a new Marketing Analytic agency relationship, speeding up the journey between onboarding and valuable action-driving business insight
  • Manage and deliver full cycle analysis, from designing and agreeing objectives up to presentation of results and follow-through.
  • Help define and regularly report against primary and diagnostic Marketing KPIs, to understand Marketing's impact on the Commercial and Marketing department's core KPIs
  • Develop and own processes for optimal diagnostic analytics, in collaboration with other team members
  • Work with the Reporting Analytics team to define dashboard requirements for standardised reports
  • Use your creativity to visualize and present your insights, to support engagement and interest

 

Your experience

  • A background in Marketing Analytics, with a deep knowledge and passion for all marketing channels across digital and ATL. A minimum of 3 years' experience of Marketing Analytics (or similar).
  • A strong analytic curiosity, with an innovative and commercially-focused mindset
  • Have experience of data analysis in a high data volume business.
  • Experience of MMM and other marketing attribution methodologies
  • A record of turning data insights into actionable solutions, and influencing business stakeholders with effective data visualisation and compelling presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in SQL for data gathering and analysis
  • Experience in turning non-technical business requirements into clear analytics briefs.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry would be an advantage, but is not essential
