Role Description

Reporting to the CRM Manager (Australia), the CRM Executive will support the Australian CRM and retention marketing strategy for the Unibet brand in Australia. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working within the Australian marketing team while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to deliver on clearly defined quarterly and annual targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise on-site assets with relevant promotions and content via our in-house CMS (content management system).

  • Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns and promotional calendars across multiple owned channels — managing all stages from concept, creative briefing, and build through to in-market delivery, optimisation, and post-market analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.

  • Operate a range of integrated marketing technology platforms, including promotion creation/setup and multi-channel marketing-communication tools.

  • Write engaging, on-brand marketing copy and collaborate with designers to produce high-quality creative assets for sports and racing campaigns.

  • Support broader marketing and retention initiatives by contributing insights, creative ideas, and performance learnings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Customer Support, Design, and Global CRM to deliver seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

  • The role may require some occasional evening calls with European colleagues.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 2.5+ years of experience in data-driven direct marketing (or CRM) through agency and/or B2C roles, having held responsibility for the implementation and execution of direct marketing/CRM campaigns.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention-to-detail

  • A strong interest in Australian Sports and Racing – experience within the sports/racing or wagering industry is highly desirable but not required.

  • Excellent planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, balancing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable improvements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM and CMS systems; experience with mar-tech tools is highly desirable.
