The Role

As a Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure our AML and RG processes, customer interactions, and risk management models meet company policies and regulatory standards.

You'll conduct quality assurance checks, identify areas for improvement, and support the ongoing optimisation of the customer journey, with a focus on de-risking and consistent application of AML and RG procedures.

The role also involves maintaining and delivering AML and RG training to strengthen compliance awareness across teams.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Customer Service, Player Risk, and LeCoR, to uphold the highest standards of compliance and player protection.

What You will do

  • Customer Interaction Reviews: Assess interactions between customer-facing staff and players, including the de-risking journey, to ensure adherence to protocols, accurate intervention and communication, optimising the overall customer experience.  
  • Reviewing and Evaluation: Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate the AML and RG detection models and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance, assess adherence to protocols and identify potential risks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Report and provide recommendations for process optimisation and enhanced risk management around AML and RG. Assist in the implementation of corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and assessments, producing detailed reports for management and regulatory reviews.
  • Training and Development: Delivery, upkeep and organising of training programs and initiatives to ensure all employees, particularly those in customer-facing roles, understand and adhere to AML and RG policies. This includes addressing exceptions identified through the QA work directly with relevant teams, providing them with expert guidance and general best practice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams; Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Customer Service, Player Risk, and LeCoR with the ability to reflect to rapid markets shifts and requirements.
  • Support AML and RG Governance in other general ad-hoc duties including customer litigations and initiatives.

Your Experience

  • Genuine interest and passion, as well as a solid, at least 2-year experience in the field of RG, its regulations and monitoring systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Tech-savvy with good technological literacy.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of AML and RG practices and regulatory frameworks to help identify gaps in processes and risk mitigation.
  • Good organisational skills coupled with a structured, methodical, and diligent work ethic.
