  • Providing insights and recommendations for improving emails/content blocks.
  • Collaborating with data analysts and CRM teams to leverage customer data for segmentation and personalization.

  • Conducting thorough testing to identify potential issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance requirements per market.
  • Assessing test results, troubleshooting issues, and providing actionable insights to improve customer experience and overall campaign performance.
  • Working closely with developers, UX, and stakeholders to address and resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of error-free marketing initiatives.
  • Documenting and maintaining comprehensive records of test cases, test results, and issue tracking reports for future reference. Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training rest of department on how to use new blocks, communications channels, etc and having comprehensive documentation to support this.
  • Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
  • Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
