We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Commercial & Marketing Business Delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in business analysis to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives envisioned by our Key Stakeholders. This role focuses on pre-project activities, in-depth requirements analysis and management, implementation oversight, and ensuring the realization of benefits post-delivery. You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are not only effective but also aligned with broader business goals.

Strategic Initiative Support:
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to define strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable requirements.
Provide end-to-end requirements analysis and manage change to maintain business agility.
Ensure clear and effective communication between business and technical teams.
Documentation & Sign-Off:
Develop detailed and accurate documentation of business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate an agreed sign-off process with stakeholders to confirm understanding, minimize scope creep, and secure alignment before implementation.
Optimization & Process Improvement:
Analyse customer journeys and business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Leverage data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and efficiencies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with senior and mid-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather, validate, and refine requirements.
Third-Party Collaboration:
Evaluate and support the procurement of third-party solutions, ensuring they align with business needs.
Project Delivery Support:
Take a hands-on approach in leading activities that support project goals and ensure timely delivery.
Meeting Delivery KPIs and project milestones.
Stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Consistent performance reviews with your manager through monthly 1:1s.
Acting in line with Kindred Group values.
Accurate documentation and obtaining agreed sign-off on requirements before delivery.
Business Analyst Expertise:
Significant experience working as a Business Analyst, particularly on business change and strategic initiatives within a digital or marketing environment.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business processes within the commercial and marketing domains.
Advanced proficiency in core BA skills, including:
Requirements engineering
Process modeling techniques
User acceptance testing (UAT)
Data and process analysis techniques
Documenting and managing sign-off for requirements
Soft Skills:
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage diverse groups.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and flexible approach to methodologies and tools.
Experience Advantage:
Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional initiatives and manage relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools and practices in the marketing and commercial space is highly valued.
